The detection of stainless steel potion is to purchase the corresponding stainless steel potions such as low-nickel potion, Ni8 potion, M2 potion, etc. on the material of the industrial dryer, and then observe the color change, and define the industrial dryer according to the change value. Specific materials, generally speaking: low-nickel potion-redness is 201, constant redness is 301 304 or better, Ni8 potion-constant redness cannot reach 304, redness is 304 or better, M2 potion- -Turning red to 316 does not change red or disappears after turning red but does not reach 316.
 
Entrusted agencies to perform testing. At present, the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureaus around the country provide testing services for stainless steel. Therefore, when there is any objection to testing the material of industrial dryers by the above methods, we may wish to find such institutions for paid testing. Equipment and technology for our testing.
 
In general, although the material testing of industrial dryers is more troublesome, it is really related to the specific rust and corrosion resistance of the industrial dryers we bought and the value of the bought ones, so we try to test under. and it needs to be reminded that when purchasing an industrial dryer, a contract must be signed, and the material of the industrial dryer is reflected in the contract. If there is any discrepancy, the seller should be contacted as soon as possible.
 
In actual installation of industrial dryers, we require that each user pay attention to the water level adjustment of the machine to ensure that the installation level meets the standards. So how should this installation level be adjusted? Specifically, refer to the following method.
 
First do a good job of installing the level of the foundation, then use the level to correct, and adjust according to the water level correction data. At the same time, we can also place rubber shock pads or iron pads with a thickness of 20-25mm on the three feet of the industrial dryer. We recommend adjusting the tension of the anchor bolts when the machine is level.
 
After adjusting the level of the industrial dryer, in order to ensure the solid stability of its installation, we try to pour concrete on the foot. The specific operation method is as follows: The gap between the industrial dryer and the foundation is sealed with concrete. After the concrete is dried for several hours, the foot of the machine is bumpy and light. After the cement foundation is completely solidified, the anchor screws can be tightened.
 
At the same time, for the level and stability of the installation, the installation floor of the industrial dryer should be a place where the thickness of the concrete is about 20, the surface is smooth and smooth, and the drainage is convenient. At the same time, in order to provide convenience for subsequent maintenance, a distance of at least 80 cm should be reserved between the two industrial dryers.
 
In order to check the installation in place and levelness, we also need to power on the industrial dryer to test run, check whether the drum rotates abnormally, whether the machine vibration is too large, and the problem of positioning, and according to the actual situation Make the appropriate adjustments.
